When you use the request form on this site we collect the name, phone number, location and job details you type into it. That is all. We do not ask for payment details, identification or anything else through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely so that we can call you back about the job you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketing companies.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form delivery service. That service processes the message in order to deliver it and is bound by its own privacy terms.
Analytics
This site may use standard website analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Retention
We keep job enquiries for as long as we need them to do the work and keep our own records straight, and no longer than is reasonable for a service business.
